Yes — orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement. After that, they enter our fulfilment queue and changes may not be possible. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order reference.
You can request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once it’s shipped, you’ll need to use our returns process instead. Most cancellations are processed within 24 hours.
Absolutely. A confirmation email is sent automatically at checkout. If you need another copy, log in to your account, navigate to Order History, and download a summary at any time.
VAT invoices are available for all UK and EU orders. You can download one from your account dashboard under Order History, or request one by contacting our billing team.
Your order reference is included in your confirmation email with the subject ‘Order Confirmed’. It’s also visible at the top of your account’s Order History page — it starts with #BA followed by 6 digits.
Invoices are issued automatically once your order is dispatched, usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order. You’ll receive it by email and it’ll also appear in your account.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. During peak periods, please allow an extra day or two.

Delivery time-frame can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery.
Yes, next day delivery is available on selected items when the order is placed before 2:00 PM on a working day. This option will appear at checkout if it is available for your chosen items and delivery address. Please note that next day delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.
We offer a professional installation service for selected bath accessories. If installation is available for a product, you will see the option to add it during checkout. Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient appointment once your order has been confirmed.
If you were not available at the time of delivery, our courier will typically leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. You can also use the tracking link in your dispatch email to reschedule delivery at a time that suits you.
If you are unhappy with an updated delivery time, you may request a cancellation for the affected item(s) by contacting our support team with your order reference. Please note that cancellations can only be processed before the item has been dispatched. If it has already shipped, our returns process will apply.

Delivery time-frame can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery.
On average, Standard Pallet deliveries are delivered within approximately 2-10 working days from when an order is placed.
Smaller deliveries that do not require a pallet service take on average, 2-10 working days from when an order is placed.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but sometimes due to stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, delays can occur. Our website displays real time stock information for each product on our website along with future replenishment dates on items currently not in stock.
To deliver your order to you as soon as possible, please ensure your items are in stock at the time of checkout. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and link to tracking. You will receive further emails once your order has been dispatched by our specialist warehouse team. We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been checked, as we are not liable for any plumbers costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
